Financial System Implementation
Financial System Implementation comprises the nine key stages described below. Taken as a whole they ensure that the system
specified and selected under the
Financial System Selection process meets the Acceptance Criteria laid down by the
Project Board. This is assured because of the complete integration into this process of the FPM
Control Cycle.
- 1 Project Initiation
- as for Stage 1 of Financial System Selection
- 2 System Specification
- confirms that the system specified as part of the Financial System Selection process is exactly as required
- 3 Provision of Hardware & Software
- specifies and sources all the necessary hardware, software and area networks
- 4 System Design
- creates the detailed specifications required to build the standard & bespoke system elements
